Up here pot is legal. And you can grow up to 4 (none over 4' high). Minor detail.

But not in view of public.

So this person has their home listed for garden tours. And an off duty cop is on the tour. In the person's back yard the cop sees 4 legal plants. Decides they are now in public view. Goes and gets a search warrant, comes back with 4 other cops and while the owners are not home, goes through the house as well as confiscates the legal plants....

Owners charged.
