Read the law before making incorrect statements. Water and food can be given to the people in line. It just cannot be given by party partisans. Family, friends and strangers can supply any of these things. But electioneering (banned in many states) cannot take place within a designated distance from a polling place usually about 100 feet. That is less than the distance between home plate and second base.
