The rule didn't say anything about the tuck being completed if he has two hands on it.I don't know how people don't see that Brady completed the tuck (2 hands on the ball) and thus the rule was irrelevant, nor how they don't understand how there should've been a personal foul for tripping on Brady after he fumbled.

The rule technically said to finish the tuck, the ball is tucked into the body.If you finish the tuck...you're no longer tucking. Really not that hard.
