He's only good at kick returns. He's a bust as a WR and he's crazy on top of that. God help which ever team he's on next year.

I should add that he's good at trick plays like the jet sweep, but he's also a injury waiting to happen.

1. Does the fire burn in his belly to win a championship?
2. Does he have the football IQ to run the precise routes needed to get on the same page as TB?

Unless the answers are a strong yes, then pass.
