Pretty crazy. Just over a year ago this was the best LB trio in the NFL and now Willis is presumably retiring and Bowman hasnt played since last year's NFCC. Things can change quickly.

Always enjoyed watching Willis play regardless of the colors that he donned on Sundays. Even in his short career he has to be considered for the hall of fame imo

Crazy... definitely the best linebacker in football the last 5 or 6 years... 7 time pro-bowler... That's a tough blow for the Niners ....

I love looking back at that draft and thinking how bad the Raiders fucked up. Best WR in football for quite a few seasons, and maybe one of the best ever came from that draft. Best CB in football for quite a few seasons, and maybe among the best ever. Best LT in the NFL probably from the moment he was drafted, may go down as the best ever. Best RB since he was drafted, and among the best ever. And yes probably the best MLB in the league for most of his career too.

And the Raiders took a guy who was out of the league in 3 years over all of them.

I might be wrong, but I thought Marshawn schooled him pretty good in our match.

Despite his high level of play Borland is a step back from Willis. He will be exposed if JSmith retires and Dockett can't pick up the slack.
He has a great nose for the ball but he is slower than average. If his Dline can't keep guys off of him then he will be in more trouble than he was this year.
