If there's one thing everyone can agree on it's that PAC refs suck. lol

The criminal part of it is the conference Ad's and presidents accepting the massive failures as part of the status quo and not doing a fucking thing about it.

At this point I entirely blame them, not the incompetent boob they have 'running' their franchise. He works for them and they allow this nonsense.

At this point, they need to just throw boatloads of money at whichever conference has the best officials to steal away their organizational talent for managing the referees. Hardly a game goes by in football without multiple facepalm moments.

Didn't the last guy they brought in with real chops end up quitting because of all the shit show? They have people who haven't ever officiated overriding people. No decent self respecting professional will work under that.

The problem cannot be resolved with this current leadership and their complete incompetence.

The Pac 12 has a serious hiring problem. A co worker of mine was called up from the Big Sky conference until he got mauled by pit bulls and he is the exact opposite of what officials should be. Larry Scott needs to give back 75% of his yearly salary and put it into officiating systems on the west coast. The only decent officiating the conference has are umpires in baseball and that is the one sport Larry hates more than football or basketball.

Swann isn't the only former professional athlete to sign autographs for money.

I get the logic behind why they charge for autographs since much of what they sign ends up being sold on e-bay, etc. But unless they have fallen on hard times or they're doing it for charity...it's a bad look.

It's especially a bad look when the former professional athlete is the AD at a major school. It's even worse when that school has issues going on that he should probably be addressing.
