If he really had something, why wouldn't Nike have paid him? If they are guilty of something it will cost them a lot more than 20 million in damages.

That’s an argument too, but getting him federally charged kind of helps their lawyers to discredit his claims. That’s the problem with law, two things can be true at once but the law can’t see shades of gray.

The assumption isn't about his words, it is he has actual strong physical 'slam dunk' evidence as he has promised now to produce. If THAT were true, Nike is utterly stupid for not just paying him to go away and buying that proof.

I'm just saying he likely doesn't have that hard core physical proof. He might have something less tangible. Something that requires you make a leap to find guilt.

I’m not trying to get in a legal debate or whatever. I was just saying two things can be true at once, that was my whole premise. He could have proof and it could be more beneficial to Nike too tattle to the feds because he might have obtained evidence illegally. That’s all I’m saying, dude is a scum bag but Nike could be guilty of something too. No idea, we will have to wait until he reveals another one of his “bombshells”
