Oregon has fallen so far that Ducks are now reduced to having to talk shit about the Cougs.

:pound:
I remember a time, back before the CFA (let alone the BCS and etc. - when teams were limited by the NCAA to being on television to twice a season) that ABC would show the Oregon vs. Washington State game yearly - because it always featured at least 90+ combined points.

Basic reading comprehension would tell you that it was a Cougs fan that attempted to talk shit.

Basic reading comprehension also show that Ducks fans had to respond to a Cougs fan. Used to be, you just ignored them. Now, you can't.

I loved when they used to claim UW was so bad they weren't worth calling a rival and yet couldn't EVER stop talking about them. It's kind of what they do.

I dont feel like there was ever a time where smack talk to any team was ever based on level. I am pretty sure I have talked same amount of smack to all teams.

i think the school of thought that the Pac is in trouble is the meh part.

I think its over exaggerated.

No I dont think its up to any one team or coach to "save" something that really isnt in trouble.

so again i say

Meh

Larry Scott <--- That motherfvker needs to go yesterday. If they won't fire him then someone needs to hire a hitman and take his ass out before he does anymore damage. I wouldn't let that fvcker manage a lemonade stand.

I think he did ok at first. but his good new inovative ideas died quick. like he outlived his usefulness after a year or 2.
kind of like Sark at UW. he was the right guy to get them back to decent but everyone knew he was never gonna get them to the next level.

When Fouts and Jackson were on the call they did televise alot of those games because they were alums of each school and generally the only national game either would get.
