lets start with this ruleing isn't about guilt. pats fans need to realize that . its about the cba andthe process and if goodell violated that. the judge ruled he did by not informing tom that if guilty he coudl face a suspension.

i think he also ruled that the penalty was harsh and that he over punished tom .

but pats fans this wasn't a ruling that brady was innnocent just that the nfl went overboard with there punishment and failed to follow the cba/
