We weren't the team coming in with 5 losses.......

And we also weren't the team who had all season to scheme a plan for this one game.

I mean comon'......do you think Beliema really thought his team wasn't a lock to make this Championship game? All they had to do was beat a really really bad Indiana team to make sure of it.......

We didn't clinch our spot in this game until the very last game of the season.........

If our coaching staff would have been filling up a bag of tricks for the past month, we would have never made it to Indy.

Does anybody really think that bag of tricks would have resulted in 70 points against a real top 15 team?

Jet sweeps are not pulled from a bag of tricks. At least not the 2nd, 3rd, 4th ad-nauseum time they are run.

Pick six's are not pulled from a bag of tricks

Getting owned along the line of scrimmage (both O and D) is not pulled from a bag of tricks.

Once Wisky got us off balance with about 10 odd plays and formations in the first quarter, we were so fucked up it wasn't even funny. We had no idea if they were going inside or out....

At halftime Beliema told the reporter, "we are not done with the trickery yet, you will see more."

He knew what he was doing back in July already......hell, as soon as he knew about the sanctions he was probably preparing for this game. God job by him though.

We don't have any clue where they are going right now......

That's how you get a step behind to begin with......

Dude that's total bullshit. I'm sorry.

We had guys in position on every single one of those plays and they got beat.
We got handled in one-on-one situations.

The guy makes a simple juke move, gets past the safety or OLB whover it may be and our guy is immediately trailing him and trying to chase him down to the sideline. And most of the time they would dive and try and grab at an ankle and whiff, get a face full of turf while the guy is running free.

We should have been able to adjust to those outside runs immediately but Bo was clearly obsessed with clogging up the middle and stopping Ball.

Bo is a fucking moron. He should have known that depending on sean fisher and Damion Stafford to make open field tackles is a HORRIBLE idea and he should have adjusted on the fly.

Bo is great with the x's and o's but that means nothing when you are clueless about the jesses and the joes.

He had Bob Stoops and Les Miles to feed him his personnel. The guy can't recruit a lick and he wouldn't know talent if it took a dump on his chest.

You should never have 1 on 1 situations in the run game when you are playing man coverage in the secondary.......

There should be constant gang tackling......

But why were we getting in these 1 v 1 situations out in open space? Because as a group we had no idea where they were going.

I've never seen a Defense as confused as Nebraska was last night. It was really bad. Running around out there pre-snap, looking to the sidelines like "wtf do we do?".......meanwhile the ball is getting snapped and half of our guys aren't even set.

If anyone has read the posted article, notice that Wisconsin rushed for only 35 yds against Oregon State, but they rushed for 539 against Nebraska!!! That sounds like a coaching improvement to me! Those players didn't get more talented within a few weeks, they just got better coaching, and that's just on their offensive line!!!!!!!!!!! ...

Bielema fires offensive line coach Markuson

There's no way I'll ever believe Wisconsin improved that much from their loss to Penn St. until last night. Mainly, Nebraska got that much worse. Why does the Wisconsin coach have the ability to see when some of his assistants aren't up to snuff, yet Pelini with his extreme loyalty can't see when changes are needed? Bret Bielema doesn't let loyalty ruin his team.

Despite witnessing one of the very worst jobs of team preparation I've EVER seen for a game, I'm still a Husker fan. I have to give Wisconsin's coaching staff a lot of credit for making Nebraska look like a high school team coached by a high school team level coaching staff.
