OU needs to be like TCU in having more of a ball control type of offense since it will give your defense time to rest.

This new QB apparently, I mean why did it take them so long to make switch????

When you're offense is struggling to score against Texas Tech you know there's something really wrong
I have no idea. Guess Cumbie/Patterson bought into the "...he's the highest rated QB recruit we've ever landed" mentality. Either he wasn't ready to begin the year. He had perpetual brain fart turnovers in the Ohio State and Texas games. That should have been enough.

In his defense, he's been hurt lately...besides having his confidence shaken. They should have done it sooner.

And, even though they've looked decent this year, that TCU defense is missing safeties...and that is critical to what Patterson likes to do. They ain't what they normally are.

Have you watched the game? TCU has a couple quick scores. OU's D has barely been on the field.

This is about shitty coaching, dumbass penalties and lack of discipline by OU.

Man, that was some awful football to end the half.

About as dumb of a way to end a half as I’ve ever seen. Good lord that was retarded.

The worst part is it just makes him look like he is confused. If you let TCU run out the clock and take a knee, people will probably bitch, but you had a plan. Let TCU run out the clock and then pass with 8 seconds, you look like a woman trying to figure out what dress she is wearing to dinner

They probably should have sat him while he's been hurt, he's better when he has his running ability

They haven't been very good...even when rested. The shitty TCU offense made them look good.

He looked like shit in the Texas gm. That’s the game where Patterson punted at the 40 down 15 with about 3 minutes left

I think it was a cumulative thing. He showed some upside in his first few games and some poor decision making. That said he was slinging the ball and running. Fast forward to the last couple games, he looks hesitant. He is guiding the ball and not throwing it. Just a young QB that started too early and is now more lost than when he started

This game as much as any shows the Baker factor. Kyler has the skill set, but he doesn't have the "it' factor to make the team play fuckin ball.

Yeah, I don't think they did him a favor by continuing to play him...mentally or physically.

You can always tell who actually watches the game and who doesn’t.OU has nearly doubled up TCU on both time of possession and yards. Defense has given up 2 plays really. And one was a push off. All comes down to special Ed special teams, penalties, and dumb coaching decisions so far.

Siebert can kick the ball out of the zone all day. Why the fuck are we trying to be cute and kick the ball to Turpin, try onside kicks, etc?
