Dislocated Elbow playing hockey. Otherwise, I'm just so tough.....yeah, we'll stick with that story.

Wow, apparently I'm a damn ironman. Never had anything too serious, except for pulling my quad while slide tackling in soccer, thankfully it was my last game of the season. Took a while to heal though.

Weirdest injury: got challenged to a one-on-one game of basketball while cycling past my friend's house. Was wearing flip flops so I just took them off and played against him barefoot. Didn't really notice how hot the pavement was, but the next morning I woke up and couldn't walk. The bottom of my feet were burned to shit and blistering. Was bed / chair ridden for three days.

Baseball, nothing more serious than a couple jammed fingers, raspberries from slidingor bruises for HBP.

Hockey, hyperextended both knees, had surgery on right knee (meniscus), crushed muscles on right thigh (got caught with a massive hip check), pulled groin, tore all muscles on left side of my neck, fractured right collarbone, chipped teeth (have never lost a tooth though) and sevaral facial scars.

Longest time missed was 5 weeks for the collarbone.

Nothing too major, dislocated patella (skiing and hockey), high ankle sprain (hockey)

Most embarrassing - Frisbee football (just horsing around), buddy threw a wicked slice, I was running full steam and ran right into the football sled.

We would play touch football on the street in front of my house. I was going out for a pass and plowed into my mother's early 70s gigantic rust orange colored station wagon.

it hurt and the wind was knocked out of me, a fact made worse how everyone who was playing could not stop laughing.

The majority of my calamities came during my career as a BMX / Freestyle guy. But that is rough.

Concussions - 4
Total Stitches - 197
Road Rash - Many. One 5 inch long section on my left leg that will not grow hair
Dislocated both ankles at once. Dislocated the right one again six months later.
Torn Meniscus - Right Knee
Torn ACL - Left Knee
Grade 2+ MCL Sprain (twice) Right knee
Collapsed Lung
Broken / Dislocated Jaw: Broken across the chin and dislocated at the hinge on the left side of my face. And that was 70 of the stitches... (I did not eat solid food for 6 months)

The bottom half of my body creaks like an old famrhouse when I get out of bed.

Baseball: None
Football: None
Hockey: Broken toes because I played in forward skates early on.

Not much. A couple teeth moved around. A couple may or may not be missing still. Got hit in my man parts by a puck wrapped around the endboards, it bounced off a stantion (sp?) and quickly headed in the WRONG direction. Broke my cup, a little soreness ensued.

Other than that, I tried to be on the other end of those kinds of things. Hell, I guess I still do.

Concrete ground at a Skateboard park. 8 ft high quarter pipe, I was about 7 feet out of that and hung the front wheel on the way back in. No helmet.

At least that's what they tell me. I remember going up and turning. After that I remember standing in the bathroom at the gas station next door looking at myself in the mirror, thinking "this is bad". That was about half an hour later.

Then I rode home and spent the next two hours in and out of consciousness until my mom got home from work and could take me to the hospital.

The good part is that I never had to experience wisdom tooth pain. They simply removed all the ones that would have interfered when they wired me up.
