There should be plenty of money with the cuts. When asked point blank to RR about the center position he said Gates. So that means Roullier is gone b/c of the Stromberg pick. That 8.3. No mention of Norwell and with his cut it will be 4.3. With the drafting of Daniels it looks like they want him to be an OT. That could be the end of Lucas. 3.5. Thomas is safe with no drafting of a TE. Dantzler is iffy and we don't know what will be going on With Fuller.

So that is 24M in savings without talking about Fuller. Plenty of money to sign the draft class. We can keep Fuller at his current rate. Cb's would be Forbes, Bsj, and Fuller. Safeties will be Curl, Forrest, and Martin(nickel). Nice depth in the secondary. The question on the oline will be who plays LG? Charels, Paul, Stomberg, and vet FA?

Norwell should be gone. You tell me who is cut from this oline. Do we keep 8 or 9? If we do keep 9 then Lucas stays. Norwell and Larsen get cut if we keep 9

At this point…nobody is cut.

I see the first to be gone as Roullier.

I expect we will end up with

LT- Leno
LG- Paul (Here is my surprise)
C- Gates
RG- Cosmi
RT- Wylie

Stromberg will make it and could start at center, moving Gates to LG.
Another possibility is Daniels starting over Cosmi.


I expect Lucas to be the swing and Norwell (favoritism) to make it.

I would prefer Trent Scott and Charles to make it but I don’t think they will.

The PC from RR he said Gates will be the center. I think the pick of Stromberg sealed Roullier's fate. IF they wanted Roullier to stay why pick Stromberg? We still have Gates and Larsen if they wanted Roullier to play center this year.
