i actually thought the episode was quite good. it makes sense that bran was left in charge given the circumstances.plus, i think it shows how robb really did trust theon. no one expected him to be so treacherous. and re the dragons, i thought i noticed tjat several bloodriders had been among the dead, so i'm not so sure how unguarded they were.


all in all, i thought the intensity and tone was really palpable. i know i wAs tense theoughout the whole episode and i even knew what was coming.

yeah I figured as much. I may do the same as you read the first book now that we are in season 2.

the riot scene was awesome as was the hound. Jesus that guy is big and badass. he has quite the thing for lady stark I believe.

one of the examples was

your painting your fence and you come across a part of the fence that is more your neighbours but you touch it up to stay consistent with both yards as your fences are the same colour. your neighbour comes home sees it and says thanks Ill get you a bottle of wine for that later.

was that a binding contract?

Finally got all caught up with season 2 I wanna read the books now, is that a pretty heavy task or are they pretty quick and easy reads? I only ask because I read so much as it is, I'm not sure where I can fit them in.
