The problem remains that there's just not a lot of companies out there willing to do all the legwork and spend all the up front money to build a duplex or triplex in 2023, even less so with interest rates where they are. The idea that the "missing middle" can come from anywhere other than government housing is fanciful.

The owners of the the Vancouver Canadians have announced that the team is up for sale. Jake Kerr and Jeff Mooney bought the High-A Minor League Baseball club off of Fred Hermann back in 2007, when it was a farm team for the Oakland A's .
