My son gets his first shot 2 Sats from now.

I'm confused, Ray F (56) is younger than I am (65) and I can't get mine yet? What am I missing?
55+ I think you can get the Astra Zeneca one
not positive because i'm not 55+ so it doesn't change my life either way

I think it depends on your location - I've registered to be notified when I can book an appointment for my first shot, but last I heard on the island, they were doing 71 and above.

Bingo. I'm registered but no idea when I even get to the on deck circle.

It is for sure not a one size fits all situation, the vaccine seems to go where ever it wants to in a lot of cases.

I just had a look at 1956 and older can now book appointments.

Won't get our shot for 2 weeks I bet.

But that captures both my wife and myself.

This may be register only??

I had read something that everyone in Tofino was able to get the shot already.
must be getting them set up for the tourist season that should not happen.

Gold River, Woss, etc. too.

More like it's much easier to get the entire ecosystem than keep making return trips.

Plus their clinics are really just that and not set up for this if they got hit.

Vaccine tourism is so in right now.

Numerous small trees perform the same function. Take a swing through Cathedral Grove in a windstorm and tell me if decadent old growth should be harvested or left? Nice to look at for sure but....
You wanna cut down Cathedral Grove??

What they should do is build a bridge across the Saanich Inlet from somewhere around Mill Bay to somewhere close to the Victoria airport. Provide an alternate way for people coming up island from Victoria other than the Malahat and also would stop truckers from rolling their 18-wheelers and dumping their loads into Goldstream.

My wife gets hers today and she isn’t 71

she does have respiratory issues and has been hospitalized with pneumonia (and sepsis) recently though.

I’m so happy she’s getting it earlier due to this.

You're basically a terrorist if you suggest new roadways now according to the batshit left/greenies. Those truckers should be sending their loads via LRT.
