Well done, young man. He got helped by some tomfoolery at the front of the race, and got jumped for second place as they crossed the line, but the youngin' drove a measured race, stayed out of trouble and got his first podium in F1.
First for a Canadian since Jacques Villeneuve in 2001. And first ever for a Canadian not named Villeneuve.
Hopefully, the confidence continues to grow. He had a strong run two weeks ago at home. Now a podium.
