on a serious bear note. the place where I run is a boardwalk through a nature reserve. I almost stepped in Bear Poop the other day.. there are freaking Bears in my neighbourhood....

my friend lives about 1 km from Coquitlam Centre ... they had their garage broken into and a pressure washer was stolen aboot a month ago ... saturday night, his wife heard a noise outside and she looked out the window and told my friend it looked like a guy wearing all black was trying to break in again

he went out the basement door with a hockey stick in hand ... motion sensor light goes on as he walks toward the shed

... moral of the story ... never listen to your wife
