Speaking of Teddy, I went to the Nats/Os game on Monday (we got drubbed, man the Os lineup from 1-6 is scary) and I actually saw Teddy win!!

Only the 3rd time he has ever won the Presidents' race.

on a serious bear note. the place where I run is a boardwalk through a nature reserve. I almost stepped in Bear Poop the other day.. there are freaking Bears in my neighbourhood....
