Maybe the game penalty was a bit harsh, but Serena did himself no favors with continuing to berate the umpire. Did she actually think the game penalty was going to rescinded? Also, ESPN needs to put away the Serena pom-poms, that was a very one-sided broadcast by the on-air crew.

Well we all know what she really wanted to pin it on but claiming racism would be pretty hard when your opponent is a half-black half-Japanese.

I think Serena got exactly what she wanted, everybody is talking about how the umpire supposedly jobbed her and nobody is talking about how she got blown off the court by a 20 year old in her first grand slam final.
