That loss was brutal.

This half court offense needs to run through Butler in the 4th quarter. We were all wrong. He's the only one that can shoot, drive and handle. He's the most important piece behind Embiid. It's too bad he missed those free throws.

The Celtics own Ben Simmons.
Yes they do. And Horford was all over Embiid all night. Very frustrating night.

Embiid completely dominated Horford on that one play in the 4th. He's working his way towards more of that.

If the refs weren't calling all that ticky tack bullshit on Embiid he wouldn't have been at 5 fouls in the first place and we could have defended the paint.

It was not going both ways.

Embiid isn't getting calls and I'm about ready for him to lose his shit and break some skulls. Get suspended 10 games and rest up for the playoffs.

There's no more fights in hockey so let's do this shit here.

I hate the fucking Celtics man. That game was depressing. They are great at isolating JJ Reddick when he is on defense and just posting him up and kicking his ass, over and over. It's painful to watch.

And yes, Horford does a great job on Embiid, every time. He is in his head for sure.

Sixers are now 1-7 against the Raptors, Celtics and Bucks this season. That is a huge red flag.

If they can get a good player who can shoot for Simmons, EB should just get rid of him. He doesn't want to stay here anyway. Maybe even up for Ingram?

Yeah, pass.

Embiid got outplayed, when that happens bad things usually follow

The perimeter defense is terrible. They let Hayward shoot at will.

The problem was the Celtics kept attacking little guys in the post, which forced people to respond and double, which created open shots. The Celtics are versatile enough that they can take advantage of those mismatches. It's old-school basketball like one of the announcers said last night. Nothing fancy about it, but very effective when a team has a weak link defensively.

This will be a great year in Philly!
Sixers, Eagles , and Phils, all have a chance win a championship(s)! Flyers - not so much, but I really don't care, as I don't care about hockey - just me.

Embiid was on fire last night. He finally broke over the 20 pts against the Raptors defense. Gasol usually gives Embiid a tough time scoring offensively. Coach Brown needs to keep these guys focused and keep the HCA. If we can win game 4 tomorrow, it may be that much tougher for the Raptors to get back in the series mentally with all the pressure. They are the heavy favorites in this series after all.

The Flyers are not far off. It depends on if GM Fletcher can get an impact player via FA, draft, and possibly a big trade for an immediate impact player. I like the new coach they have behind the bench. Oh and btw, they have the biggest piece for success, a stud goaltender who hasn't even reached his 21st birthday. I think the last time we had anybody remotely that good at that young age was maybe Pelle Lindbergh? The Flyers are pretty darn close to being a contender. A couple of players and they are in the mix.

The series isn't over yet...

I expect a better effort Sunday, go back to Toronto tied at 2-2. Slow starts, offensive rebounding, Lowry's inconsistencies on offense, and lack of bench production are killing us though.

It feels like Kawhi has not missed all series ... we're lucky his supporting cast haven't stepped up the past 2 games.

Kawhi is so going to walk after this season. He will be in California, with the Clippers, Lakers or Warriors.

Yeah, he could replace JJ as a starter, who will move on to another team as a 3 pt shooter. Do it Josh!

Fucking geebus man. Leonard killed us yet again. And for fuck sakes can Embiid play more consistent? The missed free throws hurt today. Simmons was off. So much for getting the home court advantage out way. We had this. Toronto had some players in full trouble and the Sixers failed to take advantage. Series goes back into Toronto.

I have the feeling that unless we get the MOJO back that we had on Thursday night, this series is going to be over. Embiid is childish, and he embarrassed himself with his childish actions last week. He must grow up, and FAST, or Toronto wins this in 2 more games.
