Actually, I played with Ken Garraway for one season when he moved up here. However, I did play against Norman one time when he played with the Whitecap Reserves in an exhibition match. No bribes that I was aware of on that day.

Yeah, can't say I've heard of him.

I was pretty much a fringe player at best (goalie) with Pegasus in North Van when they were affiliated with the PCSL. It was cool though as I got to play against the Caps twice in '79 as they needed a couple of tune up games before they went to the Soccer Bowl.

Fuck, I hope not, but recidivism is pretty high amongst cracker-jacks. I've seen the odd mofo hit the pipe between halfs; not pretty.

Soccer players in general have always been right up there amongst the biggest alcoholics and druggies.

It's just amazing how a player can shut down the bar until 3 or 4am (or later...lol), and then go play a game at 9am. I've tried that one and failed miserably.
