Im VERY glad for the fans of Man City however man they need and deserve it.

I don't like how a team gets a wealthy owner and buys players at high prices. It is like just give the league the money to win the cup.
Then again I maybe bias in being an Arsenal fan.

Arsenal chooses to spend it on the Stadium :) (wonderful stadium by the way), I was there when Man City beat Man U in old trafford this season. the Arsenal fans cheered for that LOUDER than their own Victory :D

Man U has won the damn title 19 times. It's nice to see somebody else win. I admit I was laughing as the game was coming to an end at how City nearly choked it away. Great final minutes in stoppage time. The look on Sir Alex's face was priceless.

That end...was the best sporting event of the year. Just insane. I got chills watching it. Happy to see it NOT be freaking Man U.

Not to mention a manager that supposedly has a war chest to spend and doesn't. Yes it is great we have a new stadium but if we were to stay at Highbury...we would have died a slow death since that stadium was small.
Also our finances are in pretty good shape...using the moneys earned from Highbury square condo sales to help pay off the stadium and I have to admit Wenger has done great to keep us in a champions league spot without splashing the cash. But how much better would we be if he did splash the cash on some great players?
Yes Manure is one of our main rivals....but I'm not fond of Money City.

Understood but I'm bitter at the fact that the Gunners would have been great this season but had Cesc move to Barca, Clichy leave for Money City, and finally Nasri (the suck) who left for Money City because Cesc left. I'm not sure what is going to happen with RvP after this season....I praying he doesn't leave, much like I'm praying Parise doesn't leave the Devils.
Sorry for the little rant.

Yeah I saw that with Sir Alex....he was stunned which was quite funny

i think what is amazing about that Man City win today is how hard the QPR players were celebrating with Man City players after the win in the crowd. was not hard to see them in their coloured unis next to man city blue. you would think that they would be upset they just blew one of the biggest potential upsets in Premier History. But no the seas parted and Man City was allowed to waltz in and score the 3-2. they deserve it but not without a raised eyebrow from me. I can't believe how happy the QPR players were that were still on the pitch. wow

QPR are celebrating because they aren't being relegated to the championship division.
They finished just outside the relegation zone...4th from bottom. It would be different if they weren't close to the relegation zone...you can bet on that.

qpr parked the bus against MANCini until the Bolton/Stoke game was done ... their players/officials on the sidelines started cheering and so did some who were in the game ... the second that happened, in extra time, QPR moved the bus and turned into into a party bus /just sayin 1

I really need to read 'The Fix' by Declan Hill...

have you seen whats currently happening in Turkey? yikes /just sayin 2

maybe the FA should look into the goaltending display put on by Marton Fulup yesterday /just sayin 3

thats a good line! lol

SoccerPlus has learned on the weekend, from a source close to the negotiations, that Toronto FC was very much in the mix to acquire Nesta, but the 36 year-old centerback preferred the promises of a Manhattan lifestyle with a Soho flat and to join Thierry rather than Doneil Henry in Major League Soccer.

I don't really like the new Deutschland unis. I was thinking about getting a new one. I seem to have lost my '10 World Cup jersey. I think I'll just buy a shirt.
