It's...a yield? It's not that complicated, although for first timers it's a bit intimidating. When I lived in IN there were tons of them, and they'd be back to back. First time through I went in circles for a bit.

Easy Peasy. Brake monetarily before roundabout to set front end and shift car's weight, put two tires on inside curb, take it as straight as possible and accelerate out of the apex.
