Have you heard of just helicopter parents before? So-called because they hover over their children all the time and don't allow them out of their sight.

Houston may have the most miserable summer climate I've experienced. So freaking hot to start with, but the humidity is what kills you there.

Edit: Most miserable in the US.

I actually like the area they live in. Its nice, not too crowded and the people as a rule are generally nice.

The weather really sucks and I get tired of the Cowboy attitude.
