I also hate it when the people realize they either don't want something or can't afford it, they just take it out of their cart and put it wherever they're standing.
I shouldn't ever find a package of chicken breasts when I'm looking at cereal.
This is my mother in law though not at a supermarket but in department stores. Back when I was dating my would be wife and actually wanted to spend time her, I would drive my wife and her mother to a mall to go shopping. This was painful for me but I pushed through the pain and followed like a good young lad would. Through every god damn store up and down every isle on a Sunday afternoon. Don't they know football is on? Then after looking at 6,000 useless pieces of shit and carrying 27 items my soon to be mother in law would look at each item just before cashing out and realize she wants exactly zero items. They were all dispatched at the exact point in the store when she made that decission never back in the original spot.
