1. People who push the button on the crosswalk, walk when no cars are coming, and then I am stuck waiting at an extended red light for 30 extra seconds.

2. People who drag their feet when they walk.

3. People who just let their phone ring without picking it up. I FUCKING HATE THE SOUND OF A PHONE RINGING!

I hate people driving under the speed limit after passing a speed limit sign.

I hate people slowing almost to a stop on a highway when they see a trooper with a car already pulled over on the other side of the road.

With that said, I also hate when people leave partially drank cups around my house, or anyones house for that matter.

edit: that usually only takes place if I'm throwing a party or children are over.
