I’m not sure if it’s in this article but another one I read that he was under the influence of drugs and alcohol and was trashing his hotel room and it’s possible while in the process of throwing things around and busting stuff up he fell out of the window

Days later, on October 14, the Daily Mail reported that Henry had sent a cease-and-desist letter to Payne after he allegedly continued contacting her. Payne tragically passed away two days later, on October 16, after falling from a hotel balcony in Argentina.

seems like there is alot of speculation out there. He posted a video a few hours before his death and he looked in control and happy.

I don't know if its even possible to identify all the different drugs in the crime scene pics that have been leaked from his hotel room. And those are the ones he hadn't taken yet.

Yeah, It has been reported there was three separate visits from authorities (hotel security included) prior to it.
