I remember stories about athletes coming to N. America years ago and they would go crazy buying jeans. Pretty sure the soviet hockey players did this on a couple of their tours.

I'm a little disturbed by that picture. It does bring up something though (*badumcha*), stretching members of the other gender is awkward. Some of those groin stretches...man. And wrapping groins? First time I had to do that was turrible. Moving on.

Eh, well. Tory didn't qualify and Connor didn't have the mojo like he did yesterday. Kind of disappointed.

It's never a good idea to bet against Maris Strombergs in a big race anyway. Or Mariana Pajon for that matter.

Shame, too. I could have watched Lauren Reynolds on the medal stand ALL DAY.

Oh, and for the record, Brooke Crain not only got back on the bike, but she qualified for the final. Props.
