The baseball Gods probably weren't too happy either when the Sox fans cheered the scoreboard when they found out the Yankees were winning.

I know what killed the Braves....Too many ex-Pirates (replacing the old ex-Cub theory) on the roster whereas the Cards only had one hence why they are in the playoffs.

Wonder how many ex-Cubs the Red Sox have?

Anyway it was a great night to watch baseball.
