It's a big deal here at school. We play quite a bit. Ultimate Frisbee, touch football, and wiffle ball are our go-to sports.

But I met one of my new bosses. She's pretty cool. I didn't even know she was an administrator because she was playing Ultimate Frisbee with us. She was pretty good at it too.

there is actually a pretty common disease that causes people to know longer have the time or desire to play ultimate frisbee.

It's called graduating from college.


It's closely related to the frisbee golf disease, but that tends to only affect hippies

Well that is good because what would be the point of investing your time into the production of a television show if you are not going to enjoy it? After all the fun and memories is more important as opposed to your wage.

Yeah, besides, I already have a life plan. I'm learning how to brew beer this year. Then I'm going to graduate school to get a PhD in Chemical Physics, during which time I will hone my beer brewing abilities. Then I'll get a job as an academic (pretty low wages) and save up a little money. Then, once I have enough to support an investment, I'll buy a building and put a bar in it, selling the usual suspects, but giving preference to local companies (you can't beat fresh beer) and, if possible, European markets (a good Austria, Belgian, or German brew is the only thing that beats a fresh beer). And I'll also sell my own stuff in small quantities. Hopefully, the business will take off, and I'll be able to invest in mass brewing capital, at which point I'll move away from cheap national beers and be known for my own brews.

I went to a bar recently that had 62 different beers. It was awesome. I want to establish something like that, but also make it a brewery. I'll make more money with it than my actual job in academia.

Was asking about NFL Network because they're broadcasting the Chicago-Spokane AFL game tomorrow night. And if I got lucky, my face might be shown on TV for a nanosecond while I'm in the press box.
