I spent over 7 hours at the hospital because my 2 year old swallowed a pair of nail clippers.

After several x-rays, and discussions between the 2 teams of Doctors they called in, they were able to pull them out of her stomach instead of having to do surgery.

I'll never forget the look on her face when they put the medicine in her IV to knock her out. She was so scared, and then she looked at me and said "Daddy Help Me" before falling asleep.

I'll admit that I teared up, but I'm glad to see she is back to her old self again.

That's terrifying! Glad it went well.

Tell us all of your leadership experiences, but only as many as you can list in 400 characters, including a contact person, that person's email, and that person's phone number for each. So, you know, we only actually want two or three.

Same for volunteer activities, which you can only list if you do them weekly, because they want the number of hours per week you do them.

Awards? All similar awards should be listed together, but we won't actually give you a way to do that, because you add them separately with no option to group awards.

IPW, I hope the lil one is getting better.

I remember when my sone broke a tooth at age 2 and he had to get put under to get it fixed. One of the worst things I ever had to witness. Not a big fan of feeling that helpless.
