This is the danger of staying up into the early morning hours. You get hungry again. Happens to me in the summer, and it's just a terrible thing. Stay up til 3am, eat around 2am, really bad dietary choice. I really gotta start making good diet choices. *le sigh* I'm starting Insanity on Monday. If I disappear it's probably because I will have lost the ability to use my arms.

Insanity? Are you insane?

:high5: It's looking really, really good. The area that gave me the most problem has calmed way down.

Now when I stand up, sometimes both my knees make funny clicking noises. :ohwell: That's kinda new. One thing at a time, right?

Both to me sounds more like "getting old" noises. Just your general joint clicking/pressure relieving sounds. Monitor it a bit though, if you have clicking in a specific spot consistently, or if the clicking leads to catching/joint locking/pain, then it could be meniscus related too. Which is still a possibility. Have you tried the ice cups? They're miracle workers. Hopefully you just had some tendinitis, because that's generally a simple fix. However, it is something that's known to come back...but you know how to combat it now.

I just finished folding my laundry and putting my sheets on my bed. I should probably sleep soon.

And I'm going to see how I do in the Army PFT soon. Passing is 180. Max score is 300. My goal is 120.

Yeah, no locking or pain related with the clicking noises. At least not yet.

I have not tried the ice cups as I've not worked out yet. Had the knee strap on for almost a full two days and then not at all today. That alone killed the pain that had been irking me for a month and a half. Thank you so much!

I suppose I will be...judging by the name. I'm so out of shape right now though, I'm not sure I'll make it past the testing part of the workout. Ugh.

Yeah, I've seen the Insanity commercials. That workout seems tailored more towards people who are already very physically fit. Don't kill yourself!

Oh, I missed that part of the post. I did insanity for about 1 1/3 months until my knee started hurting again. Its a good program. Would love to finish it one day. the first 2 weeks are the worst 2 weeks of your life. Well week 1 is worse but still.

I just did the pushup portion to give myself an idea of how my PFT would go, and I scored 61 points on it alone.

That's over twice as many pushups as I thought I would get.

Maybe I'm in better shape than I thought... :think:

Anyway, since I already know my 2-mile time is about 16:30 (another 61 points), I'm pretty sure I should up my goal to 160. :cool2:
