I had just gotten over a sprained right ankle, and the practice field is crap, and I stepped in a ditch with my left foot and sprained the left one.

That was my first practice of 2014. I returned tonight and avoided all the ditches this time.

Was away for a while because my dad had a health scare. Bell's Palsy and high blood pressure and heart problems. He stays on the meds they give him he should be fine.
