Cats always know how to find the most comfortable spot in the entire house

I had a Russian Blue like that years ago and he was the best cat I ever had. Extremely friendly and so smart. He was really something. A great hunter. He always brought his trophies home for us to share in and praise him for. He finally lost a battle with a rattlesnake one day and he did not survive. We were heartbrokenIndy relaxing on my lap while I read killing time before watching F1 and soccer.

Our cats are strictly indoor cats. One has snuck out on the back deck twice, but she timidly came back in just as quickly.I had a Russian Blue like that years ago and he was the best cat I ever had. We did our best to keep him inside and it wasn't difficult when we lived in an apartment. But when we bought a house with a big back yard there was no keeping him inside. he would dash out the door at the first opportunity and out kids were not good at keeping doors closed. Our cats are strictly indoor cats. I worŕy about my daughter's cats. They are mostly inside cats who go out occasionally. I hope their dogs chase away predators.

Ha ha. My cats would not tolerate such insultsOur cats are not free range cats. Even though we have a big, wildish backyard. Ropes, leashes and halters.

No. No animal deserves that.Yeah, well then they deserve to get run over or gobbled up by the neighbours dog.
Tough love is required. They get over it.

No animal deserves to get eaten by a dog or run over by a car . Your statement to that effect was pure absurdity and made you look ridiculousBullshit. I don’t want my cats shitting in neighbours gardens, I don’t want my cat getting flattened by the bus or some guy going to work at 5 in the morning (Our cats also don’t get to go out all night). I don’t want my cat getting eaten by a bear. If you want any of those things feel free not to be giving your cat some tough love. They get the fuck over it.
You might be a bigger pussy than your cats.

We had a free-range cat when we were in grade school that got killed by a car about two houses down from ours. RIP, Boots. We see far too many missing cat posters now. We try to know exactly where the cats are inside the house. They don’t like leashes or harnesses. They're happy with windowsills and sitting on the porch. No animal deserves to get eaten by a dog or run over by a car . Your statement to that effect was pure absurdity and made you look ridiculous
