Yeah, it's gotta suck. 2 years (at least) out of your life. Gone. Wasted. Buh bye.

That and your failure in this case is so public.

When I fuck up and fall flat on my face at least there's only a few people that know about it.

Mitt only has to worry about approximately 7 billion seeing him come up short.

Anyway, I'm making another call at this point: Sabresfaninthesouth now projects that he is going to bed.

My other daring predictions: Ohio stays in Obama's column. Florida and VA both go Obama also. AK goes Romney.

Yes. That would leave Obama at 272 to 268 for Romney.

I think. It's late.

yes, your numbers are right.
CNN just ran through that scenario

also, holy shit on the popular vote.
98 million votes in (73%), and it's a difference of 335 votes.

Obama may have won (barely - 50/50 in popular vote), but he still has the fiscal cliff to deal with. Can he convince the house to raise the debt ceiling to pay off existing debt?

50/50.... existing contracts.... why does that sound so familiar?

I just checked the Glendale results and it looks like councilwoman Joyce Clark is going down to defeat...

/Must have been all of the evil Canadians "poaching the vote"

Apparently, Joyce Clark has deleted her twitter account...

Edit: Looks like Prop 457 is being defeated which means the tax hike will stay. Whether or not the Coyotes will stay, well that's another question.

Washington State has approved making marijuana legal. Approval of gay marriage also has a slim lead, though that vote has not been called yet. No precincts reporting yet from Snohomish county, which is highly liberal.

I'm getting that sinking feeling of helplessness.

Not one of "Shit, my party didn't win" but because nothing is going to get solved in the next 4 years. Nothing has changed.
