That was my thoughts exactly last night. Do our coaches lay out any scenarios? If Mc Fadden had not scored the game would practically be over.

Have to give Gosselin some props for this article.

You mean we would be tied for 1st? Alright. I wouldn't mind McCoy as a permanent backup rather than what we have.Meh...they might have 6 wins instead of 4 with one of those guys.

Original point is there were better options out there. But you seem to think we should go for whoever because it doesn't matter. And I don't want Weeden or Matt back next year.Tied for first at 6-7 isn't anything to be proud of or to aspire to is it?
If were talking permanent replacement I would be a lot more willing to go with you on this one. Cassell or Weeden are both bad, but the allure of the backup is that you really don't want to have to use him. That piece felt more like revisionist history based on three QBs once played vs the Cowboys terrible defenses.Original point is there were better options out there. I am curious if we ended up with the 1st pick in the draft who would be the players we need to look at drafting. It was easy the first year Jones owned the team when they took Troy.If were talking permanent replacement I would be a lot more willing to go with you on this one. They would still suck with those guys because even with Romo idk if they were as good as we thought this year. Sucks to say that...

Are any of you guys watching/paying attention, or giving a crap, what Brandon Weeden is accomplishing today?
Darren McFadden had a quietly pretty decent year for the Cowboys. 4.3 YPC and will hit 1000 yards next week if he plays. If he had gotten 325 carries dude would have had an insane year. Good for him. I know he had a ton of doubters
He out performed the guy he replaced for a lot less too. Shame they sucked as a team.
Can not agree more. And he did it without Tony and Dez for the most part.
I did see a few stats. He's having much more success with Houston, but does that surprise anyone, that the coaching staff in Dallas didnt give him the best chance to succeed
Buying out Jason would run Jerry 24 million bucks. That's a hefty fee.
