ok, finished it. just fucking weird, they went so far off track.Anyone else still watching Westworld? And if so are you questioning why?
Going through some Marvel stuff this week and watched Dr. Strange 2 and Thor: Love And Thunder. Both were OK, Strange was probably a bit better than I expected.Watched Thor: Love and Thunder last night.
Wasn't amazing, wasn't bad. I expected more but did enjoy it. Probably the third best Thor movie ((Ragnarok, Thor, Love and Thunder and The Dark World)

Same here. Like the people in it but prefer the movies that are set in real-ish places.
I am going to enjoy that way more than the wife will.
I am so damn excited for this.I am going to enjoy that way more than the wife will.
Peter Billingsley had been rejecting script ideas for years and years until this one came around. When I heard about this I thought it was a terrible idea, but the trailer kind of won me over.
My original thought may have been because I like the original but dont love it. I did not see it completely until maybe 5 years ago, so that might have something to do with it.Peter Billingsley had been rejecting script ideas for years and years until this one came around.
Peter Billingsley gives us more details on the new film.
“Ralphie’s not really where he wants to be in his life but he’s still a dreamer, so he still has these fantasies of what his life could be, where it could go. And then he’s called home with some real responsibilities and burdens.
Set in 1973, 33 years after the original film was set, we find a grown-up Ralphie with two kids of his own. He is a struggling writer that goes back to his fictional hometown of Hohman, IN for the holidays.
He’s kind of now back on a quest. Nothing’s going to stop him. … He might not want to do it, but once he’s in, he’s in.
The movie has actually been in development for almost four years now. Our goal with the new movie was to ‘protect’ its association to the original. The one word we used a lot was ‘tone’. The first movie has such an interesting, unique tone. It’s not the perfect family. They’re hostile at times, they’re loving and then there’s this interesting voiceover and this reverence and some pretty adult things that Ralphie’s having to go through.”
We got 4 episodes in and got kind of bored of it.Blockbuster is pretty decent. With the cast and writers it should be better but it's fun. Randall Park is a star.
We watched 3, pleasant and harmless but I expected more. I'll let you know if it suddenly gets better. It's certainly no Reboot - which I thought was great. We got 4 episodes in and got kind of bored of it.
Not sure if we will go back.
Borrowed so much from Superstore, but the characters are not as interesting.
