The thing that is a bummer is that TCU seemed to be peaking at the right time. There is no guarantee of course of that happening next year even though they get almost the entire team back. Shame that players who have nothing to do with decision making of Big 12 and NCAA knuckleheads will never know what could have been. And nothing wrong with your broken record donaldson. One extra week is all that making it 8 teams would have changed.

It has stumped me from day one the way this playoff system was setup. They narrowed it to only having 5 conferences to begin with, and then by design, plan to exclude one of em; possibly two.

And the howls from the Big 10 would have been as loud as they were from the Big 12 had OSU been left at the alter.

Oh well....maybe within a few years they'll expand it.
