When they say "large parts", they are essentially saying "all of it". Like all of Spain and all but two cities in Portugal. Power is coming back online now.

I guess they modeled their power grid on Texas if "temperature variations" can take a whole country out.

Pretty minor in the grand scheme of things, but the Madrid Open tennis tourney had to cancel all play today due to the nationwide power outage. That's the one issue with electronic line calling, you need electricity for it to work lol

I'm not seeing anything that is pointing to Cyber attacks.

Granted my info is coming from agencies that have been gutted since January, so they may not have all the best info.
