I think there are a lot of lonely women in the world that are fed the lie from an early age that hey need a man to validate their life. Unfortunately, there are people out there that look to exploit that situation and once the scammer establishes a connection, the heart overrules the mind and logical reasoning goes out the window.

My eldest daughter wasn't scammed, but she was in a relationship with a guy that treated her fine, but really had no ambition as far as a career was concerned. For example, how many 27 year old men still live at home with their mom because they don't have any kind of steady income? The thing is my wife and I didn't want to tell her that this relationship was a dead-end road, rather we trusted her that she would eventually figure it out for herself. Fortunately she did and we can fast forward to today where she is engaged to be married to a young man who not only treats her very well, but also has a Masters degree in engineering.

We had to take a big gulp of soda and spit the soda into a partner’s mouth! It was incredibly disgusting. I have no clue who thought that this was a good idea and who approved it. Some of the guys got into it, but most everyone declined.

My team did “horse whispering,” where you work with horses to learn about effective communication. One of the horses got overexcited, galloped toward the center of the barn where we were being briefed, and nearly trampled one of my co-workers. It was a bonding experience to a certain extent, but only because we all thought we were going to die

Sister in law is 3 miles inland and 10 miles north of Tampa and when they were taking their boat out of the water yesterday Jim Cantore and the Weather Channel were doing a live shot from their Marina.

Fortunately, looks like it's gonna track more north to Tallahassee, and they are about 50 feet above sea level where they are so hopefully they come out ok. Father in law is further inland and northeast, but lives in a mobile home.

If it keeps tracking as it has been they're lucky the coastal area that's going to be directly hit isn't a major population centre because this might've wiped out a metro area. Will still be tough for Tallahassee and obviously the smaller communities but kinda dodging a bullet here.

Due to the weird weather events around this hurricane there are tornado warnings everywhere east of the storm. Right now Savannah GA has a possible tornado and under a warning.

Mrs 43 just talked to her dad an hour ago. Apparently the Sheriff came through the neighborhood this morning and told everyone that they should leave and if they stay, there will be no help until the storm passes.

Everyone in his neighborhood stayed.

Sister in law said that the Marina they pulled their boat from yesterday is pretty well gone. Storm surge put the Boat house/shack on the docks under water. Water has made it's way all the way up to Highway 18 about 3/4 a mile from the docks.
