This guy dedicated his life to sustainable farming, traveled the world teaching about soil health and making agriculture less financially and environmentally straining.

In theory a good idea as menus sometimes are the nastiest things you touch in a restaurant but when the internet is so bad and the menu takes forever to load it is annoying.
or when the QR code is on such a shiny surface that only one out of three phones at the table can read it.
and there isn't a menu on the restaurant website,
and you need to order from the QR page anyway.
and there isn't a place to make adjustments on the QR menu page,
and they use abbreviations for some of their dishes, so you don't know what the fuck it is (not talking about BBQ, i'm thinking of a specific Taiwanese restaurant)

Recently traveled to a foreign country where this is very common practice and absolutely loved it. Most were powered by the same backend, so they looked very similar and had a lot of simple functions in English for adding or removing specific ingredients. Perfect where limited English was spoken sometimes.

They minimized the security concern by having that be ordering only and the QR code was table-specific so you didn't have to enter any personal information. Also, you still had to pay the staff in the restaurant.

Oh yeah when done right it is great. Just recently was at a revolving sushi place where you use the QR code for the menu and ordering that worked great , the website loaded well with great pictures of the food.

On the other hand what I see is a worn code on a table and the server always shows up before the menu even loads. At that point they end up giving you a paper menu in the end.

one of the hottest restaurants in LA
the allegations are...

chefs were a married couple, who kept adopting cats, which were mysteriously disappearing
the wife walked in on the husband in the kitchen strangling a cat whilst masturbating.
he has apparently left the country.

Aghajanian has called Johnson’s claims “false” and told the Times: “I love cats, mice. And every other animal under gods/allah whatever each religion calls him/her.”

the comments in that post are not kind lol
the page that came from seems to be a traffic driver. They seem to intentionally post controversial hacks and ideas and hype them up as genius to drive traffic and probably set up algorithms to advertise to your FB account. there is quite alot of really bad ideas on that page lol
