if she wanted to criticize their tactics, okay. People might give you shit for it (and I personally think it's a copout - it's your job to overcome what's in front of you) but you're entitled to do that. But to call them cowards is gutless.

Ronaldo was more criticized because he bitched about the way Iceland celebrated a tie in a group stage game as if they had just won the damn tournament (and FWIW, he wasn't wrong).

And if I recall correctly (I do), Ronaldo was roundly criticized for days because of his comments. The difference is his team went on to become the most glorious champions in soccer history while Hope Solo probably has a court date to get to.
