RG is a CC HS grad who played QB for the Beavs in the mid-2000s at State, Player Personnel guy as well..Riley is a loyal guy and RG is a smart guy...never met him.

Banker is a great DC, with your player talent, he will succeed. I know some at Braska don't like the hire because of the OSU record. Give Riley time, he is a master game planner. Think he wins right out of the gate in my op.

Last year Oregon was ranked way ahead of the corn people.

Riley beat more top 3 ranked teams in his time at Oregon State than Nebraska has beat since 1997.

Honestly, part of the reason Eichorst went after Riley was because he knew Oregon looms in the very near future.

It's a huge series and opportunity for Nebraska. If you don't take it as serious as we will you're going to be disappointed with the results. Hope you like the color red in your stadium.

I couldn't even begin to imagine what it would feel like to have beaten USC when Pete was there and had a team ranked at the top of the polls. He did it twice.

He did it with 2nd rate Juco type recruits. Nebraska is a good mine for Riley as far as resources and talent goes.
