Hell, Dodge City is so proud of theirs they even have a scenic pull over on Highway 50. Just what you always wanted to do, pull over, get out to look at a stockyard and smell it.

Most of Oregon is redneck-hippy. Yes, we exist. Ya know the type that hunts, fishes, spits cope, has a pickup, but recycles, smokes weed, and uses and eats organic.

White tail or Mulies? We have these way out in Eastern Oregon. That's where my family goes. But it's football season, so I have to stay out in the coastal area for little black tails.

More white tails. We do have a few black tails in certain parts of the state, and the bucks get bigger the closer you get to the Kansas border. I haven't deer hunted in years. I'm all about the feathers now.

Princess pointed this guy just outside of Coldwater. Though, I gotta admit the bobwhite quail is my bird of choice.

Settle for doing it with a German short hair? Or English Setter? We should have a better season this year than last but still down from a few years ago. Will take several years to recover from the drought.

Of course. The only reason I mentioned a lab is because my Uncle had a fantastic bird lab.

Her name was Gin. Awesome dog.

But I love German Shorthairs.
