i'd say probably both. UW fans can get pretty rowdy but that stadium is built to trap in the noise with those towering side grandstands.

Why is the whole thing moving though? It's been doing it forever.

I don;t think so, that pic looks VERY similar to the current stadium, if that was rendering the new stadium then I think they would just do add-ons and upgrade it. They are tearing the entire thing down so I dont think that is a pic of the new stadium.

I don't recall the last time husky stadium was loud? Maybe back in the 90s? When TV cameras were probably not great at holding still like they are today? But the stadium has those huge cover like rafters above the grand stands that make it like an echo. So if the stadium is full and UW is doing well it can get very loud becuase those roofs trap the noise in.

That place was shaking the tv camera's when Nebraska was there last year. It was hard to watch at times.
