Edit: We can speculate all we want about match ups that will never happen but..
The order is
1. LSU
2. Okie Lite
3. Bama
4. OU
5. Oregon
Oregon has to hope for the two 1 loss teams in front of them to lose for their shot at the NCG.

Win the SEC and then you have A case other than that Bama dont deserve it.I'm A trojans fan unlike tSEC we dont make it a habit to root for our rivals

Bama is a good team. In fact they probably should have beat LSU. Fact is they didn't.

As I've said if you don't win your conference you shouldn't be in. Also there should not be two teams from the same conference in the NCG.

I think Bama has the WORST argument to get in the NCG because of that. I also KNOW that isn't the case which is further proof the system if completely fucked up.

At this point I kind of just hope Okie Lite wins out. At least it will be clear cut.

Why is Oklahoma even in this discussion. They lost to an unranked, horrible team. Their big wins were against a bad Texas team and a heavily overrated FSU. if (and this is a big if), Virginia Tech wins out they should be in this discussion, not Oklahoma.

Then by the same token, if Clemson wins out they should be in this discussion. Especially seeing as we would've beaten VT (99% sure that's who we'll play) twice, Auburn, and SCar.

I think Clemson is suffering from the perception that you've squeaked by a few times on some pretty lucky games. Plus the ACC thing. Not a slam but perception is that the ACC is pretty weak. Perception is what is giving OU the bump over all us one loss teams.

Fair enough, but our schedule (especially if we end up playing VT in the championship game) would stack up against anyone else in the country. If it follows suit, we will have beaten 5 ranked teams (2 on the road and 2 from tSEC) and still only have one loss. If OU and VT are in the discussion, Clemson deserves to be as well. Outside of Oregon, Stanford, and USC, the PAC 12 is weaker than the ACC top to bottom. I can't help the fact that FSU shit the bed and my team overwhelming exceeded expectations.

Right now they are one of the most impressive teams in the country. If Oklahoma beats Oklahoma State, Oregon should be considered.

Remember the Alamo! Sorry. Remember LSU! The Ducks could only hang with the Tigers for 1 measly quarter. The SEC defense has now proved 2 years in a row that Oregon has no god damn chance against the top SEC teams. No disrespect to Oregon, I predicted victory for them yesterday. They're just not up to the level of LSU and ALabama. OSU will have the bid for the BCS NCG if they win out. They have faced a tougher week in week out schedule than Oregon. If OSU loses, rematch for LSU and Alabama. Oregon does not deserve a rematch with LSU.

Oregon outscored LSU in the first and 4th quarter.

Yes, Clemson as well. The ACC has the potential for a top 6 or 7 championship game and their champ has every right to claim a spot here. They will not get it but they should, ESPECIALLY over Oklahoma.

Oregon "outscored" LSU in the 4th because LSU let up and Oregon scored a meaningless TD in the final seconds. LSU won the second quarter because they held Oregon's offense in check. Revisionist history indeed. No problems man. I'm passionate about my team as well, although we aren't up to our historical standards yet. Nebraska will be a tough out at home next week.
My point of my post was Oregon played the best of the SEC the past years and each time could not handle the SEC defenses. If OSU loses and if Alabama wins out, a rematch of the LSU-Alabama game is not only the right thing to do, it will be the best game.

This may finally be the tipping point for a playoff? Especially if Arky beats LSU and OU beats Okie State; and if both VT and Clemson win out, there is sure as hell a good chance for us to both be in the top 8 going into the game.
