Ryan McDonagh is a TOP 5 Defensemen in this league. I'll debate you till i'm blue in the face, but outside of Weber, Chara, Keith and Pietrangelo. I'm taking Mac over all of them. And he wont even get a bid to the Norris Trophy, which he rightfully deserves and all because he doesn't put up 55+ points a year. Guy plays 25+ a game and locks down EVERY top line player. I know i'm biased, but watch multiple full games of his and you will see why.

What about when Rick Nash punched Bob in the face? You were happy Rick Nash did that but if one of the Flyers did that to Hank you would be calling bloody murder - stop being a fucking hypocrite about stuff like this

Did I throw a banana at him? No I didn't. Do I support the asshole who did it to him? No. I do like Simmonds, one of the few Flyers I wouldn't mind having, but once again, salty in another loss, he takes to throwing cheap shots at the end of the game, same way Hartnell did. Give me a break, the Flyers have always played a dirty game and that will never change.

You seemed to have miss when Bob tripped Nash with his stick and then also kicked his stick away so he couldn't retrieve it. Marcus, don't fucking sit her and act all innocent, you have bashing my Rangers on here and on Twitter for months now, don't fucking take shots at me for shit, especially for somebody who has been there personally for you when things don't go so well for you.

Yeah, I fucking hate Philly, I've been to the town multiple times for games, most of those fans are scumbags, Phillies and Flyers and Ive experienced them, as well as Eagle fans. Don't sit here and act like the city if innocent. Answer me this, did you hear anything about a Flyer fan getting his ass kicked after the game last night? NOPE. We may be loud mouths, but we wont resort to violence, like say, oh, Philly does when we're in town.

Just my opinion, but I thought that was a pretty cheap slash by Simmonds at the end of the game...and I would love to have Simmonds on my team.

/Sometimes good players (and people) do dumb things and I think that's what happened here.

That happened because the Hockey Gods personally blessed it and Bobrovsky being a total asshole and deserved it and much more like, most people wish someone should have shot him in the balls for doing the unthinkable thing of, and I can barely say it without whimpering, PUSHING A STICK OUT OF THE WAY.

The reason that whole thing happened was one of two things, maybe both:
1) Nash is a little jealous that the people of Columbus, a town he loves, adore Bob as much or more than they did him.
2) Rick's interview where he said he was going to "chill at home" during the Columbus visit probably sat wrong with some on his team and he needed to do something to show them he was with them. So he went after the guy that would get the biggest reaction. And it worked.

I do not believe Rick is a scumbag for doing it, but had Matt Calvert done the exact same thing to Hank, you are right. The butthurt would be at epic levels. Meh. That's hockey.

But I was rooting for "stadium collapse" last night.

It's a complete logical fallacy to attempt to defend your team as not dirty by saying that another team is dirty.

Just because A is true doesn't mean B can't be true. These are not mutually exclusive.

And I don't get butthurt about any losses. Well, not lately at least. My team sucks and I accept that.
