Thought it worth noting that the Rangers came one OT goal short of a third first round pick; the Zuc trade return would've converted had Dallas made the WCF.
Ahh nothing like the Rangers getting screwed over more and more as these playoffs move forward.

First the conditions with the Bolts and now this.

Now he just needs to sign somewhere other than Dallas and we're all set.

Also, not that it matters as much but Devils now get pick number 80 instead of pick 90 or 91.

As long as Glen Sather continues to be involved with roster management, the Rangers could have 32 picks in the first round and still manage to screw it up.

normally I ask how drunk was he, but since it's Friedman, he was probably sober as a judge and still managed that

There’s a story behind it. He would abbreviate Montreal, Calgary, Vegas, Columbus, and Winnipeg the first 3 letters of their name (CLB for Columbus) instead of what you normally see. People got on him about it so he did weird variations for every team like you see above.

As somebody who watches more Ducks games than most, Kesler was definitely visible when he was out there for his 60 games last season.

To show you how awesome of a coach Randy Carlyle was, he played him more than 20 minutes a game and had him on the number one power play unit.
