It really boggles the mind that none of the last 18 of 21 was enough to pull that trigger.

Congrats to Carey Price on being the 49th goalie to play 600 games. He is the 8th Habs goalie to do so.

BUT - he's the only one to play all 600 with Montreal.

There is no way I got in on the first coach fired action as the simple fact he made it to the regular season told me all I needed to know. I cannot fathom how he lasted as coach this long, he should have been sacked after the playoffs last year (should have never been rehired in the first place) and then he makes it until damn near Valentines day with a seven game losing streak, a 12 game losing streak and another 7 game losing streak under his belt. His team looks like an expansion team out there.

/and 19 of 21 is pretty impressive too

Both the Canadiens and Canucks are among the surprises of the league this year. I think the Canucks will make it, Montreal probably makes it as well.
